Meeting and exceeding tough emission and safety legislation is an increasingly difficult task.  In many cases, the filling of IBC's, barrels and containers is a manual process.  It relies on an operator visually determining the fill point of the container and controlling the flow using a manual valve on a fix spout.  This involves a large amount of container movement and spills are inevitable.
