Loadtec Engineered Systems Ltd, the UK-based specialist in bulk fluids handling and fall prevention systems, is pleased to announce the appointment of Martin Dicke-Künitz in a strategic role in their Marine Loading Arms, Ports and Technology sector with immediate effect.

Martin will oversee Loadtec’s marketing, strategic business partnerships and sales strategy for the Zip-Load range of marine loading arms and will aim to increase those offerings to both existing and new clients.

Prior to working with Loadtec in 2016, Martin was the Director of Technology and Innovation at Emco Wheaton and as such responsible for a number of industry firsts in the marine loading arm industry.

Martin is a senior professional with 20+ years of experience in the oil and gas industry.

In the marine loading arm business he has worked in new market segments in an international and technically challenging environment. He is a technology driver with multi-cultural experience who has a first class ability to convert customers’ requirements into best practice solutions.

Commenting on the new appointment, Alec Keeler said: “I have been lucky to have known Martin for a great many years as a colleague at Emco Wheaton and am delighted that he will join us as we progress with an ambitious programme to develop Loadtec and our marine portfolio. Martin has a highly regarded reputation in this industry and we know that he will complement our talented team very well.”

Martin commented: "I have decided to work with Loadtec, a privately owned company, because over the years I have found that only such an organisation is fast and flexible enough to meet the customer’s requirements in a challenging and rapidly changing industry environment.

“I look forward to expanding Loadtec’s business globally and leveraging our current relationships with clients around the world to grow the business as well as building new ones. I am both excited and challenged by the opportunities I see in the marine arm business for Loadtec.”

Martin is a qualified engineer and holds a Diploma in Chemical Process Engineering.

Next event: Loadtec will be exhibiting at StocExpo from 15-17 March 2016 to be held at the Antwerp Expo in Antwerp, Belgium. Come and meet Martin and the rest of the Loadtec team at stand B26.
